Product Returns
Items purchased from REBS Online cannot be returned to or exchanged at a physical store (such as your local Association or Board of REALTORS®). Items must be returned by mail. All shipments should be inspected immediately, as returns must be made within two weeks after your receipt of the item. Items may not be returned (and refunds will not be issued) more than two weeks after your receipt of an item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping charges for returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item to you. Please provide documentation of your return shipping costs with your damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped item (such as a copy of your receipt).
RMA Number
Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Before you return an item, please contact the C.A.R. Customer Contact Center at (213) 739-8278 to receive a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. After you receive an RMA number for your item, write the RMA number on your packing slip, and mail (1) the original (or a copy of your) packing slip with RMA number, and (2) your item to:

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the items. A restocking charge of 15% may be imposed on any item returned in its original condition, unless the item is damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent to you. Refunds will be given in the same manner of original payment.
Items that Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless the item is damaged or defective due to no fault of yours):
- C.A.R. Standard Forms
- Customized items
- Shrink-wrapped items that have been opened
- Items where the damage or defect is caused by you
- Downloadable or subscription-based products
Damaged/Defective Items
If the item is damaged or defective due to no fault of yours, we will promptly repair the item or provide you with a replacement item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide you with a refund including your original and return shipping charges. Please provide documentation of your return shipping costs with your damaged or defective item (such as a copy of your receipt).
Cancelled Orders
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with REBS Online, please call (213) 739-8278 as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as soon as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will only refund the purchase price to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping and Tax Calculation
Shipping is calculated at 4% of your order total, with a minimum shipping charge of $4.50. California residents will be taxed at 8.25% on taxable items.
