SHORT SALE BASICS 101:  AN OVERVIEW OF THE SHORT SALE PROCESS
Short Sale Basics is a 3-hour, live-lecture course for anyone interested in learning more about short sales.  Topics include:  the initial interview with the seller, "putting it all together," accepting the offer, and processing the short sale.  Participants will also earn 3 hours of continuing education credits which may be applied toward their DRE license renewal.

Objectives
-  Explain the short sale process to clients
-  Identify properties and sellers that qualify for a short sale
-  Complete short sale paperwork accurately the first time
